Check the FraudShield status before you transact. Search by company name, website or FraudShield verification ID.

A registration certificate or secure website can confirm basic facts. FraudShield looks deeper at the business itself so consumers can see more of the evidence behind its market presence.
Whole-Business Trust Evaluation
It combines identity, business strength, consumer behaviour and public evidence into one live trust record.
Legal entity, authorised representative, official website, domain, contacts and selected registrations.
Official digital identity, domain continuity, secure website basics and impersonation indicators.
Years operating, continuity of business identity, long-term market presence and operating history.
Offices, infrastructure, business footprint, relevant assets, licences and demonstrated operating substance.
Reviews, complaint patterns, verified experiences, serious recurring concerns and resolution history.
How responsive the business is, how quickly it replies and whether it engages constructively with disputes.
Independent media, industry recognition, publications, interviews and the longevity of public visibility.
Impersonation, scam reports, sudden operational changes and other material continuity or fraud-risk indicators.
PR is a supporting signal—not proof of trust. Independent editorial coverage and verifiable industry recognition carry more weight than sponsored, self-published or promotional content.

STRONG TRUST LEVEL
Green indicates an enhanced FraudShield evaluation supported by stronger evidence. It is not a guarantee of future conduct or repayment.
Consumer engagement matters
A larger company may naturally receive more complaints because it serves more customers. CFA therefore looks at response behaviour, resolution activity and patterns rather than raw totals alone.

For established businesses
A new competitor can create a polished website quickly. It cannot instantly recreate years of operating history, consumer activity and established business presence.
FraudShield gives established businesses a way to demonstrate the substance behind their brand without publishing confidential documents.

High-value transactions
Before paying a substantial advance, consumers should be able to check more than a polished website, advertisement or sales conversation. FraudShield brings key business signals together before money changes hands.
FraudShield is designed to add context where services are paid for in advance, delivery may take weeks or months, or the consumer is relying heavily on the business to perform later.
The amounts above are illustrative transaction examples—not FraudShield thresholds or guarantees.

One trust seal. Multiple customer touchpoints.
The FraudShield Trust Seal is designed to travel with the business across approved digital touchpoints.

Important: CFA should issue seal code or approved assets that resolve to the live verification record. A copied screenshot alone should never be treated as valid FraudShield verification.
Verified business claims
This feature gives meaning to common business claims such as “10+ years in business”, “licensed”, “three locations” or “official website”.
Businesses make hundreds of claims in advertising and sales conversations. FraudShield does not need to endorse the whole business simply because one claim is true. Instead, CFA can independently mark individual claims that have been substantiated.
Example
“Operating since 2015” → CFA reviews acceptable evidence → the live profile shows “10+ Years in Business — Verified”.
CFA can verify the claim without publishing confidential supporting documents.

Before you pay
FraudShield is not a substitute for your own judgement. It is designed to make the most important verification steps faster, clearer and harder to overlook before you transfer money.
A genuine Trust Seal should lead back to a live CFA record. Never rely only on a badge image sent by a salesperson or displayed on a website.
Click or scan the FraudShield Trust Seal and confirm that its status is active.
Check the website, phone number, email, legal name and official contact channels.
Be cautious if the beneficiary or payment instructions do not match the verified business information.
Review operating history, consumer engagement, verified claims and the latest assessment date.
A last-minute change in bank account, domain, contact number or payment method deserves fresh verification.
