I had a very positive experience with TCS. The team was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. Communication was clear, and my concerns were handled efficiently. Overall, Iām satisfied with the service and would recommend TCS to others.
My experience with TCS was below expectations. While some parts of the service were acceptable, I encountered issues with communication scam, police and getting timely assistance. The overall experience could have been much better. TCS should focus on improving responsiveness and transparency.
Very poor experience with TCS. I was disappointed by the communication, support, and overall handling of my concerns. It was difficult to get a satisfactory response, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I hope the company improves its customer service and complaint-resolution process.
